Saving Lives and Offering Hope
Sponsorship is the heart of Hope for Children’s projects in Ethiopia. For just $350 or less than $1 a day, you can help ensure that a child has food, shelter, clothing, school fees and uniforms until the age of 18. Sponsorship also opens the door for the children and their caregivers to participate in a wide array of programs at Hope for Children.
Meeting the need. Nearly 900 children who have been affected by HIV/AIDS are currently receiving support through Hope for Children-Ethiopia and more than 120 of these children are sponsored through Hope for Children-US. More children needing help are referred or come to HFC-Ethiopia every day.
HFC-US sponsors—a special group. HFC-US sponsors are enthusiastic about their participation and many U.S. families and their sponsored children exchange letters and photos and over time develop a strong emotional connection. Our sponsors’ dedication and generous support help to ensure that HFC children receive the care, love and support they need.
